Membership Renewal Form
Membership renewals are due on 1 July each year.
If you have not received recent issues of the
Malamute Mail, it could be that you have not
renewed your membership.
If your membership is current and you have not
received your newsletter, please notify the
Secretary.
Committee Nomination Form
If you would like to nominate for a position on the AMCV Committee at the next Annual General Meeting, please download and complete the nomination form.
Nomination forms must be received by the Secretary no later than 3 weeks prior to the AGM.
